A few lines by Spiderboy
It’s a red-line
drawn in the desert sand.
For one side to hold
and another to toe.
Blood-red.
Solid black.
Double-yellow.
Thin-blue.
Who knows what it is?
It’s a fine one, anyway,
that’s not to be crossed,
which leaders will spin
to find the best fit,
or the least resistance.
It could be the finish
but it may be a start.
Nobody knows –
that’s the bottom line.
